How to Participate on April 13

All participants will be muted upon entering the meeting, and can only be un-muted by a meeting host. The Vice Speaker will monitor the Zoom and work with the Speaker to ensure remote attendees are recognized equitably.

You may ask to be recognized in one of two ways:

  1. Raise your hand using that Zoom feature
  2. Type into the chat during the Zoom session that you would like to be recognized.

NOTE: Technical questions can be directed to Louise through direct messaging in the Zoom meeting.

Online attendees must submit amendments by email to oregonfamilydocs@gmail.com. They must also alert the Vice Speaker via the Zoom chat that they have done so. Online attendees must submit amendments by email to oregonfamilydocs@gmail.com. Please include resolution number, resolution name, and your proposed resolve clause(s).
