Webinar: Kindergarten Readiness T.A.- Introduction to the Kindergarten Readiness CCO Incentive Measures

As of January 2020, CCOs have a new set of incentive measures, two of which are designed to support kindergarten readiness: 1) Well-child visits for 3–6-year-olds; and 2) Preventive dental visits for ages 1–5. The Transformation Center will be providing TA to support meeting these measures. On this webinar, Sara Kleinschmit from the Oregon Health Authority’s Office of Health Analytics will introduce both of the kindergarten readiness measures, provide an overview of the measure specifications and share information on CCOs’ current performance for these measures.
