CCO Updates
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has posted two new fact sheets for providers:
- Continuity of Care: Please review this short guide to how providers can help members get the care they need during the change to their new CCO.
- Marketing to Oregon Health Plan members: This one-page guide explains how providers and CCOs can express their CCO/provider affiliations during the “Pick Your Plan” member choice period. When in doubt about any communications to CCO members, please check with your CCO.
Be sure to visit the OHA website to get updates about CCO changes in 2020, including the December 31, 2019 closures of Willamette Valley Community Health and PrimaryHealth of Josephine County. They will be adding more fact sheets about the January 1 transition as they become available.
